Withdrawal information

Last updated: 1 August 2026

If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory cooling-off (withdrawal) right for certain distance contracts. This page summarises how that relates to Dnamiq Plus.

1. Who this applies to

This information relates to Dnamiq under the trade name Dnamiq. The full legal entity will be stated once company details are configured.

Company and support details are also listed on the Contact page.

2. Cooling-off / withdrawal period

Under EU consumer rules for distance contracts, consumers often have a 14-day cooling-off period to withdraw without giving a reason. Whether and how that right applies to a digital service can depend on when the service starts and other legal conditions.

Dnamiq does not claim that purchasing Plus automatically waives your statutory withdrawal rights.

3. How to withdraw

If you wish to withdraw where the right applies, send a clear statement (for example by email) before the cooling-off period ends.

The withdrawal email will be stated once company details are configured. Until then, use the Contact page.

We will confirm receipt of a valid withdrawal request where required.

4. Effects of withdrawal

If withdrawal applies, we will refund amounts due under applicable law within the statutory timeframe, using the same payment method where possible, unless you agree otherwise.

If the digital service has already been partly provided during the cooling-off period under conditions allowed by law, a proportionate amount may remain payable. Exact rules require legal review for your offering.

5. Cancellation is not withdrawal

Cancelling a monthly or yearly Plus subscription (for example via Manage subscription / the Stripe Customer Portal) stops future renewals. That is not the same as exercising a statutory withdrawal right for a new distance contract.

After ordinary cancellation, Plus access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for, as described in the Terms.

6. Possible limits and exceptions

Some digital services have special rules when performance begins with your prior express request and acknowledgement. Dnamiq does not use checkout wording that claims purchase alone waives withdrawal.

Whether any exception applies to your purchase depends on the checkout flow, product type, and applicable law — to be confirmed in professional legal review.

7. Contact

The withdrawal email will be stated once company details are configured. Until then, use the Contact page.

For general support or complaints, see the Contact page.
